CANDI by Canara Bank - Customer Case Study

CANDI by Canara Bank wanted to re-invent its branch strategy and move toward digitisation and self-service channels, creating Canara Bank’s first paperless, futuristic digital banking branch. Ittisa supported the initiative by developing the brand identity, name, logo, brand positioning, spatial design, and customer journey for the digital branch, along with branding for self-service kiosks.

Ittisa implemented an end-to-end digital branch experience, including a humanoid robot to answer basic banking queries and a carefully designed on-floor customer journey to guide visitors through the space. The result was a first-of-its-kind digital branch for a public sector bank in India, delivering a more modern, self-service-oriented customer experience, although no specific quantitative impact was provided.
