Help At Home, a healthcare provider serving seniors and other individuals across more than 110 locations in nine states, was suddenly given just 23 days to replace its hosted email vendor after the contract was terminated. The company also had to deal with a hijacked email domain that was generating spam and creating security and administrative headaches, putting business continuity and compliance at risk.
