The Chicago Fire Soccer Club, a Major League Soccer organization in Bridgeview, IL, needed to replace an end-of-life primary office platform, complete an Active Directory migration while changing its domain from Toyota Park to Chicago Fire, and reduce the cost of separate copier lease and maintenance contracts. To solve these challenges, the club partnered with ITsavvy and its managed print solution, savvyPrint, along with IT support for Microsoft and directory services.

ITsavvy consolidated the Fire’s print vendors into one lower-cost contract, right-sized the copier fleet, and completed the migration to Office 365 and a modernized Active Directory environment with minimal disruption during the club’s busiest season. The project was completed under budget, improved print reliability and security, and reduced monthly payments while ensuring weekend games and events were not affected.
