Arkay Packaging, a third-generation manufacturing company known for high-quality folding carton packaging, needed more reliable communication across three facilities in New York and Virginia. Unreliable technology and a bottleneck in Virginia were disrupting conferencing and document flow, while growing network usage pushed IT Manager Greg to seek help from ITsavvy and its bandwidth, email, and video conferencing services.
