Case Study: Actors’ Benevolent Fund improves data handling and reporting with ITRM

A ITRM Case Study

Actors’ Benevolent Fund goes live in January 2019 with ITRM to improve database responsiveness

The Actors’ Benevolent Fund, a charity providing financial support to actors, faced a challenge with its outdated database system. It needed to manage sensitive application data, medical records, and financial information more effectively to review grants and support its beneficiaries. The charity enlisted their existing IT support provider, ITRM, to create a bespoke database solution.

ITRM re-engineered the database with a redefined, intuitive interface and a refined data structure. This allowed for easy data retrieval, automated reporting for trustees, and integration with Microsoft tools. The new system, which went live in January 2019, made the charity significantly more efficient and responsive. ITRM's solution saved time, simplified processes, and provided the ABF with better data handling capabilities than ever before.
