Actors’ Benevolent Fund goes live in January 2019 with ITRM to improve database responsiveness

The Actors’ Benevolent Fund, a charity providing financial support to actors, faced a challenge with its outdated database system. It needed to manage sensitive application data, medical records, and financial information more effectively to review grants and support its beneficiaries. The charity enlisted their existing IT support provider, ITRM, to create a bespoke database solution.
