UrSpectr, a Belarusian legal information provider operating the popular ilex.by portal, needed to move from an offline desktop information system to a scalable online solution and ensure smooth support for its growing user base. To help manage this transition and improve user experience, UrSpectr chose Itransition for customer support setup, knowledge base development, and maintenance of the new legal reference portal.

Itransition implemented 24/7 monitoring and preventive maintenance using Zabbix and GrayLog, tracking server health, database performance, environment availability, and disk space with automated alerts and escalation paths. Itransition also launched first-line user support, trained UrSpectr’s internal team, and built the knowledge base, resulting in a fully functioning support process, faster issue handling, and improved end-user experience without relying on a third party.
