TradeSmith, one of the largest US-based providers of online investment and trading tools, approached Itransition to build and support a new investment portfolio management platform, TradeStops. Itransition implemented automated monitoring with Zabbix, database administration, security audits, and CI/CD automation with Jenkins across multiple environments. The vendor also streamlined stock-symbol updates and improved deployment workflows, helping TradeSmith’s platform become more stable and preventing outages; common issue detection and fix time dropped from 2–6 hours to 5–15 minutes, and the system now supports around 50,000 users.
