The USA-based company provides end-to-end technology solutions for the public and affordable housing community, serving more than 800 public housing authorities and millions of users. It partnered with Itransition to automate and improve its housing program operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, better reporting, and a web-based service that could be accessed without installing desktop software.

Itransition built a cloud-based SaaS portal and application suite on ASP.NET/.NET that automated application handling, queries, inspections, contracting, and payment tracking, along with an online portal for applicants and reporting tools. The collaboration reduced development costs through an offshore-onsite model, improved transparency and delivery speed, and positioned Itransition as a long-term partner; by the time of the case, system deployment and integration testing were underway for an initial release, with further extensions planned.
