RightWayTrader, a U.S.-based provider of investment and trading tools, turned to Itransition for support and new features for its flagship TradeStops product. The company needed help improving the application’s stability, performance, scalability, and overall architecture as its user base and data needs grew.

Itransition analyzed the existing system and redeveloped key parts of the platform, including the nightly update process, historical data handling, and alert processing. Itransition also redesigned the website, optimized subscriptions, added data visualization, and expanded support for new markets. As a result, the update process became about 20 times faster, the user base tripled from about 1,400 to 5,000 users, and the improved platform enabled further product development.
