Network Resource Management System For A Mobile Operator

Life:) is the third-largest mobile operator in Belarus and needed a better way to give employees fast, permission-based access to network maintenance data, change history, reports, KPIs, and mapped site coordinates. The company also wanted a solution with room to grow, and partnered with Itransition to build a network resource management system and web portal.

Itransition implemented the system using ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server, consolidating data from multiple Access databases and Excel files into a single platform, integrating MapInfo and other third-party systems, and adding BI reporting and KPI management. The result was a portal widely used by Life:) employees that centralized and formalized maintenance and contract data, improved role-based access, streamlined business processes, and increased data reliability.
