EVOZ, a US baby technology company, wanted to create an “unlimited range” baby monitor that could detect baby cries, connect parents to the device anywhere, and visualize sleep statistics. Its earlier development partner failed to deliver a fully working system, so EVOZ turned to Itransition for project rescue and further development, including mobile, web, and device-related components.

Itransition delivered an integrated solution with an iPhone app, Java-based back-end web service, desktop configuration tools for Windows and macOS, and a payment-enabled website. The platform enabled cry-pattern recognition, remote monitoring, alerts, charts, and subscription management; after launch, it gained more than 10,000 registered users, and over half purchased additional paid services, making the product highly profitable for EVOZ.
