Life:) is the third-largest mobile operator in Belarus and needed to quickly strengthen its technical service and modernize customer offerings to compete effectively as a newer brand. To avoid expanding its in-house IT team, Life:) engaged Itransition to take over support and maintenance of its existing software systems, including customer service, dealer outlet, and billing-related applications.

Itransition implemented full IT services coverage across Life:)’s front-office and back-office systems, including USSD, SMS, the ICS web portal, document management, reporting, and integration with payment and external databases. The work enabled up to 30 new promotional products per month to be deployed immediately, reduced technical glitches, stabilized systems, and improved customer satisfaction and dealer outlet operations.
