CarlaMaestro, a French software house formerly known as Dié, needed to redevelop its expense management product because the legacy LAN-based desktop application lacked functionality and suffered from serious performance and scalability issues. The company turned to Itransition to preserve the product’s core features while transforming it into a web-based SaaS platform and improving its overall capabilities.

Itransition redeveloped the Delphi-based system in Java, built a scalable three-tier solution, and added flexible modules for expense, invoice, order, absence, activities, reporting, payments, and integrations with external systems. The result was a highly configurable online platform used by over 100 companies, including Estée Lauder, Ferrero, Mercedes France, and Euronews, and supporting more than 2 million database records since deployment.
