A ITONICS Case Study
Genossenschaftsverband Bayern (GVB) needed a better way to collect, compare, and develop innovation projects across its Bavarian cooperative banks while avoiding duplicate work and exposing gaps and synergies in the portfolio. To address this, GVB worked with ITONICS and its innovation management software to create the ZWF Innovation Pool, a shared platform for submitting and evaluating projects and making selected innovations accessible across member banks.
With ITONICS, GVB launched an interbank innovation platform that now supports more than 450 active users from over 130 banks and hosts more than 70 live innovations. Three projects are already available for immediate use by all banks, helping save costs and improve customer benefits, while the platform has become a central communication and networking tool that supports faster innovation development and market readiness.
