With ITONICS, Fletcher Building implemented a digital portfolio management and innovation planning platform to manage ideas, projects, and strategic roadmaps across the company. The solution connected the Executive Committee, innovation team, and business unit steering groups, enabling transparent portfolio reviews, better prioritization, and more effective collaboration. In just six months, more than 70 ideas and projects moved through the funnel, over 30 innovation leaders gained full transparency over their portfolios, 100s of employees got access to innovations across the business, and more than a dozen potential B2B collaborations were identified.
