ITESOFT implemented a centralized invoice capture process at headquarters, where invoices are scanned, validated in FreeMind for Invoices, and then uploaded in batches into Agresso along with invoice images. This gave Crest Nicholson full integration with Agresso, faster search and retrieval, better query resolution, reduced processing costs and time, lower headcount needs, and a more efficient AP department with staff freed from manual tasks.
