A Iteratively Case Study
Dribbble, the designer community and social network, needed a better way to manage its analytics data as its tracking plan became hard to maintain and new feature launches sometimes shipped with missing or incorrect event tracking. The data team struggled to keep PMs, engineers, and analysts aligned, and unreliable data in tools like Mode and Amplitude reduced confidence in reporting and product analysis.
Dribbble chose Iteratively as the source of truth for its event tracking and used its central tracking plan plus type-safe, auto-generated developer libraries to standardize implementation. With Iteratively, Dribbble sped up the process of defining, scoping, and implementing events, improved data quality, and reduced forgotten tracking on new releases; the time from defining an event to seeing it in Amplitude was significantly shortened.
