Firehost (now rebranded as Armor), a leader in secure cloud hosting, asked the Iteration Group team to assist in improving the user experience of its Customer Portal. First, we spent time understanding the customer needs and motivations. Next, we re-imagined the information architecture, layout, and goals of the portal. Lastly, we provided specific actionable feedback and suggestions.
