Dalton's ATV installs a 70-point network in 5 days with ITCS

ITCS was engaged by Dalton's ATV, a large UK-based all-terrain vehicle dealership, after the business fell victim to severe flooding. The challenge was to urgently re-configure the company's data network system, which included designing and installing a new 70-point network and relocating its CCTV hardware to a new communications area on the first floor. This work needed to be completed within an extremely tight timeframe at a remote site, with all equipment supplied by the vendor.

The ITCS team successfully designed and installed the entire network, including a new server rack, switch equipment, and cabling, and relocated the 16-camera DVR system. This complex project was completed, tested, and signed off within a 22-hour non-stop work period. Despite a second flood from Storm Callum stranding the team on-site, ITCS returned to complete the work, which also expanded to include additional data points and power sockets. The customer praised ITCS for their resilience and for completing a fantastic job that minimized building damage and got the business back up and running.
