The online fashion and mobile accessory brand Ideal of Sweden sought to expand from its successful digital presence into physical retail spaces. The solution implemented by the ITAB Group involved using digital signage to display the latest commercials and influencer content, with QR codes for continued customer engagement. Tablets were also installed that provided product information when an item was lifted, linking directly to the omnichannel sales platform. This allowed customers to choose to complete their purchase either in-store or on their mobile phones, successfully connecting Ideal of Sweden's online success to a new physical brand experience.
