XPERTyme, an online marketplace for video consultation from Germany, engaged IT Craft to take over and continue development of its web platform after an initial team. The customer needed a dependable partner to stabilize the codebase, implement one-to-one and group WebRTC video calls, scheduling and billing automation, and ensure multi-device availability (including iOS) while accelerating delivery.
IT Craft became XPERTyme’s long‑term strategic partner—averaging about 900 billable hours per month over 14 months—and delivered core functionality (WebRTC video, scheduling, billing, multi-client support) using a PHP/Symfony backend, Angular frontend and AWS services. The solution enabled XPERTyme to demo the product at events, generate 50–70 major leads, secure large‑client agreements, and meet tight timelines through Scrum, MVP focus and iterative requirement definition.
