Case Study: Coachingeasy Tennis Pro achieves seamless, mobile-first coaching management with IT Craft

Web application for tennis coaches to easily manage their professional activities

Coachingeasy Tennis Pro, an Italian startup led by professional tennis player Mounir Alloun, needed a smarter way for tennis coaches to create, organize, plan, report and optimize training activities and to expand an existing knowledge-sharing platform with an aggregator, community space and store. To achieve a near‑perfect mobile user experience and simplify coaches’ workflows, IT Craft was engaged to design and build a responsive web single‑page application (SPA).

IT Craft delivered a production-ready SPA using PHP 7/Laravel, Angular, MySQL and HTML5 that includes registration, athlete management, calendar planning, dashboards, event scheduling and an admin panel. Built over 10 months by a team (1 BA, 1 PM, 1 QA, 1 web dev, 1 front-end) with 530 hours of web development, 170 hours of design, 163 hours of QA and 120 hours of PM/BA, the solution provides a seamless multi‑device UX (desktop, mobile, tablet) and a stable, consolidated toolset that met the project goals.
