SOS Pro engaged IT Craft to build a safety-focused SaaS solution combining a web platform and an Android app to detect critical situations and ensure user security. IT Craft implemented the project using technologies like the Indoo.rs API for indoor positioning, Google Maps, REST/HTTPS APIs, and SMS (Clickatell) to support precise location tracking down to building, floor, and room levels.

IT Craft delivered real-time alerting (Follow Me, Count Down, Man Down), group location sharing, emergency warnings for security staff, and analytics for managing notifications. The result was a system that improved situational awareness and emergency response coordination by enabling precise indoor location, instant alert distribution, and centralized notification management for SOS Pro.
