RocketRoute is an online SaaS for European pilots that provides flight planning, route tracking, weather briefings, and data exchange with airports and Eurocontrol. To give pilots the same capabilities on the go, RocketRoute engaged IT Craft to extend its web platform into mobile channels, specifically developing integrated mobile applications including an Android app.

IT Craft implemented the solution using PHP, MySQL, Java and APIs such as Google Maps, Xero.com, TCPDF V3 and wkHTMLtoPDF to build mobile apps tightly integrated with RocketRoute.com. The result was a published Android app (Google Play) and mobile access to route planning, real‑time tracking, form submission and PDF generation—streamlining pilots’ workflows, improving data exchange with controllers and airports, and making RocketRoute’s subscription services fully accessible on mobile devices.
