A IT Craft Case Study
National Park Express is a tour, travel-agent and concierge service for visitors to the Southwestern United States that needed a single, secure platform to let customers, agents, concierges, suppliers and staff plan, pay for and manage multi-product trips. IT Craft was engaged to build a custom, white‑label web portal that supports kiosks and personal devices, multiple payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net), and flexible role-based experiences while making the system easy to extend to other destinations.
IT Craft implemented a responsive React/Ant Design front end with Redux and lazy loading, integrated with third‑party services and 10 databases, and added caching to cut API calls. The solution delivered drag‑and‑drop itineraries, share/save/favorites, PDF itineraries and document management, multi-payment checkout and site settings that let administrators change app logic and UI without redeploying. IT Craft’s build—completed by a small cross‑functional team (~1,250 monthly hours)—enabled a performant, white‑labelable booking portal, simplified operations across user roles and devices, and measurable backend efficiencies such as reduced API traffic and consolidated data sources.
