Free Time Tracker needed a simple, reliable way to collect and manage employee hours for invoicing and payroll across a growing workforce. IT Craft was engaged to deliver a cloud-based time tracking and invoicing web app (built with PHP/Yii and integrations such as Xero API, Intuit QuickBooks Online API and QuickBooks Desktop SDK) that would be accessible from any web-enabled device and scale to support the customer’s needs.
IT Craft implemented a cloud time & expenses solution that summarizes employee entries into editable, approvable timesheets and synchronizes approved entries to QuickBooks, Xero and Sage for invoicing and payroll. The system now manages timesheets for 300+ employees, provides multi-device access, and automates export to accounting systems—streamlining invoicing and payroll processing for Free Time Tracker.
