Flexwise Health is a U.S. healthcare marketplace that connects medical facilities with pre‑qualified nursing professionals. To shorten long recruitment cycles and quickly launch an MVP that lets facilities post shifts and nurses manage schedules and pay, Flexwise engaged IT Craft to design and build the Flexwise on‑demand staffing platform.

IT Craft delivered the Flexwise MVP and ongoing platform enhancements using a React/TypeScript front end and Node.js/NestJS back end with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Docker and AWS, refactoring a monolith into microservices and adding features like Flex Pools, Virtual Clock, chat, timesheets and CI/CD automation. IT Craft’s work dramatically reduced time‑to‑fill temporary positions, lowered recruitment costs, improved candidate matching and verification, and shortened deployment cycles while increasing release quality.
