FieldOne Sky needed a highly customizable, scalable field-service platform to improve communication between mobile workers and office managers, enable appointment booking and automatic dispatch, dynamic scheduling, resource and crew management, centralized reporting, and native interoperability with Microsoft Outlook/Office/Office 365/SharePoint — while also modernizing and supporting an older Delphi‑based app. IT Craft partnered with FieldOne Sky to design and build the FieldOne Sky solution (FieldOne Core, customizations, and Terra support) to meet those requirements.

IT Craft implemented the solution by delivering FieldOne Core (50,476 development/QA/management hours), customizations (6,732 hours) and Terra support (4,650 hours), adding a secure mobile app, automatic/manual email, on‑the‑fly dashboards, role personalization, cloud and on‑prem deployments, full audit logging, CRM/website integrations, a Resource Scheduler framework, client‑server logic for Dynamics CRM/Outlook and a CRM plugin framework. The result was real‑time task assignment and status updates, optimized routing and resource dispatch, centralized administration and reporting, and strong Microsoft interoperability — the product was showcased at Microsoft Convergence 2014 and subsequently acquired by Microsoft in 2015, underscoring its market impact.
