99coaches is a Germany-based startup founded by sports fans to help coaches reduce paperwork and streamline training planning, exercise selection, squad management and performance tracking. When 99coaches approached IT Craft they had a prototype but needed a robust, scalable mobile solution; IT Craft provided mobile development services using Meteor, MongoDB, jQ.mobi, AngularJS and the Ionic Framework to rework the app architecture, database and server logic.

IT Craft rebuilt the app from scratch and delivered a cross-platform, offline-capable training app featuring a library of about 300 animated exercises, a session planner, archives, participation tracking and exportable analytics. The engagement required roughly 2,000 development hours and 270 management hours and produced a performant, multi-device solution that launched first for basketball and was extended to football—IT Craft continues to support and expand the platform.
