Case Study: Quick Transfer achieves automated, real-time call processing with IT Craft

Custom back-end system for processing of customers’ calls for a major freight broker

Quick Transfer is a customer-focused freight broker that needed to modernize and automate how customer calls and shipment requests were processed and tracked across truck, air, and rail loads. Quick Transfer engaged IT Craft to build a custom back-end web system (ASP.NET MVC/.NET Framework/C# with MS SQL) to integrate call intake with their Dispatcher system and provide real-time visibility to agents.

IT Craft implemented a Comet web-application model and Jabber-based notifications to automate retrieval of call emails and phone inputs, route calls into the Dispatcher, and give agents live updates while enabling administrators to manage settings through a web UI. The IT Craft solution streamlined and automated call processing, improved real-time tracking and agent responsiveness, and centralized administration—resulting in faster handling and more transparent operations for Quick Transfer.
