A iSpring Case Study
Zoltek Zrt., the Hungarian subsidiary of a global chemical manufacturing group, needed to improve its compliance training and make online learning more engaging across 1,500 employees and multiple production sites. With shift-based operations and complex safety requirements, the team struggled to schedule classroom sessions and wanted a better way to deliver high-quality eLearning using iSpring.
Using iSpring Suite, Zoltek Zrt. redesigned its training approach by building SCORM-based courses with interactive questions, branching scenarios, and multilingual support. In less than a year, the team created 33 online courses, including 26 on environmental health and safety, while boosting demand for online and blended learning; the courses also earned praise from MAVESZ and helped the specialist win a company award.
