Villa St. Vincent is a senior living community that trains Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and must meet strict state and federal training requirements (75 hours total, including 43 hours online). After moving their CNA course online with a different LMS, staff faced technical problems, inaccurate reporting and no IT support, leaving a Registered Nurse to manage a failing rollout and risking both the class and employee retention.

They switched to iSpring Suite for authoring and iSpring Learn as the LMS, gaining easy content creation, seamless updates, robust reporting, and responsive support. The program earned state approval, has trained 41 students (with 33 more enrolled), and saw 90-day employee retention rise from 69.6% to 86.4% — a 24% improvement — while delivering richer, more consistent training.
