Vertin, a family-owned funeral home company operating across seven U.S. states, needed to create a formal learning and development function from scratch. With no existing LMS or centralized training process, the company relied on peer-to-peer onboarding, leader calls, OSHA sessions, and annual conferences, and turned to iSpring LMS to build a scalable training platform with strong content support, ease of use, and reporting.
Using iSpring LMS, Vertin launched online training in just 30 days and rolled out learning paths, role-based assignments, and multiple content types for more than 500 employees. The results included 210 active learners, over 75% completion for most courses, and 96% completion for COVID-19 training, while iSpring also made it easier to track compliance, automate reports, and support timely company-wide training.
