Universal Aviation Training (UAT) needed a highly customizable training system that could meet strict international aviation regulations, including the 90-day re-enrollment rule for pilot courses. UAT worked with iSpring and its LMS to adapt the platform for aviation compliance, where accurate enrollment, completion, and expiry tracking was critical to avoid grounding pilots and disrupting flight schedules.

iSpring developed a custom re-enrollment feature in iSpring LMS and added API-based integrations to connect training and compliance data with external pilot management systems. The project was completed in record time, helping UAT ensure timely pilot preparation, accurate compliance tracking, and no delays in operations.
