SgtGodoy.com, an online provider of test prep courses for law enforcement and federal officer entry exams, needed a better way to replace outdated print-based materials and create attractive, effective eLearning content at scale. As a small business competing with larger certification providers, SgtGodoy turned to iSpring Suite to simplify course and quiz development while improving the learner experience.

Using iSpring, SgtGodoy built about 40 courses and 5,000 quiz questions with PowerPoint-based authoring, narration, and QuizMaker, producing polished interactive training modules in about four days per course. The results included more than 30,000 course completions, around 7,000 students per year, a 4.8 customer satisfaction rating, and just a 3% refund rate, helping drive 500% growth over five years.
