Santé Verte Laboratories, a Bordeaux-based distributor of herbal supplement products, needed a better way to evaluate and reinforce the product knowledge of its sales team. Training Manager Virginie Vigneron said the company was looking for an engaging quiz maker with varied question types, mobile-friendly access, and strong reporting to spot knowledge gaps and training needs, and chose iSpring to support this effort.

Using iSpring Suite, Santé Verte created fast, varied knowledge checks with multimedia and published them through iSpring Cloud and iSpring LMS for sales representatives to access on different devices. The company now spends about 5 hours to produce a 25–30 question quiz, and the quizzes were well received by the sales force; with iSpring, the team can better measure mastery, identify gaps, and even improve the training center’s image.
