PSI, a global full-service clinical research organization with more than 2,300 employees, needed a more interactive, consistent, and less labor-intensive induction program for new hires. Its existing blended approach relied heavily on instructor-led sessions and lacked the engagement needed to make eLearning the main training method, so PSI turned to iSpring Suite.
Using iSpring, PSI revamped its onboarding with interactive tutorials, quizzes, and scenario-based content for different newcomer roles. The result was immediate: eight instructor-led sessions were replaced with tutorials, feedback from management and trainees was very positive, and subject matter experts regained time while employees worldwide could access training more conveniently.
