NAOS, an international skincare cosmetics company with employees in more than 130 countries, needed a more effective online training system when COVID-19 made face-to-face sessions impossible. Using iSpring Suite and iSpring LMS, the company had to quickly convert instructor-led courses into engaging digital learning for a global workforce without a dedicated design team.

With iSpring, NAOS launched its first online training program in three months, trained 113 employees across multiple locations, and rolled out five learning tracks for Bioderma and Esthederm. The company also cut training travel costs to a quarter of the previous level and reduced overall training expenses by 75%, while improving engagement through interactive modules, quizzes, and dialogue simulations.
