Middlesex University - Customer Case Study

Middlesex University’s subject liaison librarians needed a more engaging way to train students and fellow librarians on how to use library resources, especially as teaching shifted toward online and remote learning. They turned to iSpring QuizMaker to create interactive quizzes that could reinforce knowledge, check understanding, and replicate classroom-style activities in a virtual environment.

With iSpring, Middlesex University built a reusable library of nearly 100 quizzes, embedded them in Moodle and library guides, and used varied question types, feedback, and reporting to support learning. The results included over 12,000 quiz views in 2020–21 and more than 4,000 views in the following academic term, along with positive feedback from students and staff.
