A iSpring Case Study
L’Oréal Adria‑Balkan, the regional subsidiary covering the former Yugoslavian countries plus Albania and Bulgaria, needed a way to train indirect sales representatives for its Professional Products division who could not access the company’s internal MyLearning platform. The team faced fragmented, improvised offline training, English‑only content, no learner tracking, and the logistical challenge of upskilling reps across seven countries.
They implemented iSpring Learn and iSpring Suite to localize videos with subtitles, build richer quizzes and learning paths, and organize users by country. Content is now assigned monthly and used both for learning and as a presentation tool in the field. Within a year they rolled out the solution to 90+ people across seven countries, host 548 courses, track detailed learner activity, and report a 100% response rate among active users.
