Jazz, Pakistan’s leading 4G operator and broadband provider, needed a faster, more scalable way to train thousands of frontline representatives across the country. Its traditional classroom-based approach was costly, time-consuming, and difficult to coordinate across multiple locations, especially with frequent travel, onboarding, and curriculum updates.
