HealthHelp, a Houston-based leader in healthcare utilization management, needed to overhaul an outdated training curriculum for its global workforce across call centers in New York, Houston, and Manila. The company faced challenges delivering consistent, compliance-ready instruction on complex medical workflows and terminology in multicultural, remote settings while improving productivity, retention, and audit tracking.
HealthHelp implemented iSpring Suite and iSpring Learn LMS to convert manuals into interactive PowerPoint-based courses, quizzes, randomized online exams, branching scenarios and video tutorials, and to enable train-the-trainer workflows for Manila. The change reduced manual tracking, standardized training across sites, and made updates traceable for audits—student readiness rose from 80% to 87.5% and supervisors report noticeably better-prepared staff as the program scales.
