iPerformance ApS - Customer Case Study

iPerformance ApS, a Danish software provider behind the technical GiAPA application, needed a better way to train international customers without relying on frequent on-site visits. Because the software is complex and used by IT experts, the company had previously spent 2–3 days with each new customer, creating a costly support burden. To solve this, iPerformance ApS used iSpring Converter Pro to turn PowerPoint-based tutorials with voice-over into videos.

With iSpring, iPerformance ApS created 21 detailed GiAPA tutorials and now updates them regularly as the product evolves. The result has been a major reduction in training travel: since publishing the tutorials, the company has never been asked to come on-site to teach product training, and travel time dropped from about 25% of their time to roughly a week per year. iSpring also helped them answer technical questions faster by referring customers to specific tutorial slides, while customer feedback on the videos has been strongly positive.
