How to utilize iSpring in business training

PwC Academy Russia, part of the global PwC network, runs professional business training and diploma programs (CIMA and ACCA) and needed to modernize and scale its classroom-based assessments and distance learning. The main challenges were replacing time-consuming paper-and-pencil tests, improving monitoring of learner progress, and providing on-demand access to course materials for large cohorts of roughly 850 participants.

PwC Academy adopted iSpring Suite and iSpring LMS, whose PowerPoint-integrated, Russian-language tools made course and quiz authoring fast and intuitive. Automated online quizzes and built-in reporting drastically reduced tutors’ grading time (previously ~30 minutes per test), enabled real-time progress tracking, supported interactive lectures and anytime access, and helped deliver successful distance cohorts (829 learners completed training in May–June), backed by responsive product updates and technical support.
