The company needed a secure, mobile-friendly, scalable and easy-to-administer system with a responsive vendor to support rapid rollout and high user autonomy.

Alfa Capital implemented the cloud-based iSpring LMS in six months, launching 126 courses—including stock-market certification programs, market tools, open macroeconomics courses, audio lectures, lifestyle and leadership content—accessible on desktop and mobile. The new platform automated administration, issued completion certificates, boosted engagement (mobile access and the “Expand the Horizons” module proved especially popular), and established a quarterly update cycle with plans to extend training to partners and external institutions, creating one of the strongest corporate learning portals in Russia.
