A iSpring Case Study
FYMCA Medical, a rare disease education nonprofit, needed a way to train doctors in low-income countries where access to conferences, internet, and specialist knowledge is limited. Using iSpring’s tools, including iSpring Suite and iSpring Learn, the team built online learning programs from live event recordings and slide decks so physicians could study these rare disease topics remotely and offline.
iSpring helped FYMCA Medical create interactive courses, quizzes, and learning paths, while also enabling video editing, narration syncing, and progress tracking. The result was a scalable training program with strong engagement: 30 doctors joined the Panama learning path, one completed all 30 modules in a month, and the education has already contributed to real-world impact, including two children diagnosed in Ecuador after the Panama event.
