A iSpring Case Study
iSpring worked with Edge Hill University to help Senior Lecturer Maggie Webster bring blended learning into part-time religious studies courses for mature and distance learners. The challenge was to extend limited on-campus hours and varied student tech skills into accessible, self-paced subject-knowledge resources that complement face-to-face teaching.
Using iSpring’s familiar PowerPoint interface, voiceover and quiz tools, Maggie built online modules and assessments that students can complete anytime. After initial setup support, she now routinely develops sessions in iSpring, which has increased student engagement and knowledge consolidation (students report learning gains from the modules and quizzes) and enabled a practical, scalable blended-learning model she plans to expand.
