Efes Rus, part of Anadolu Efes and one of Russia’s largest beer producers with six brewhouses and one malthouse, needed to overhaul training in 2015: make learning available to all employees, shorten onboarding, reduce costs, and enable regional supervisors to be trained remotely. The company had no prior e‑learning experience, tight deadlines, and needed an LMS and an easy-to-learn, mobile-ready authoring tool.

They chose iSpring Suite — a PowerPoint add‑in that publishes HTML5/SCORM, supports WebTutor and other LMSs, includes a feature-rich QuizMaker, and offers responsive tech support. Using iSpring, two-person teams produced courses from scratch in about 3–5 days (each with 100+ slides); Efes Rus built 12 full-featured courses now used across internal portals and shared with CIS affiliates, cutting time and costs and enabling further rollout.
