CRISIL Foundation, the CSR arm of CRISIL, needed a scalable, lower-cost way to deliver its GramShakti financial literacy and certification program for rural women in India. Working with iSpring through TrainingCentral, the team used iSpring Suite to replace face-to-face training with a 30-hour eLearning program available in three regional languages.

iSpring helped TrainingCentral build more than 1,200 slides of interactive courseware, mobile-accessible offline learning, and multilingual SCORM modules with quizzes and voice-over synchronization. The program expanded from 3 states to 10 states, and by the end of 2022, over 1,700 women had completed the certification, with third-party assessments reporting positive impact on the Sakhi cadre and rural communities.
