Creating an Interactive Game with iSpring

METRO Cash and Carry needed an easy, effective way to deploy staff training but had no prior e‑Learning development experience. To improve on-the-job skills and product knowledge they built an interactive training game, “Gap Check,” and a comprehensive product quiz from scratch, using videos with actual staff and a nonlinear script to simulate real decisions on the shop floor.

They used iSpring Suite with PowerPoint to create the branching game (scored actions, character selection) and a 142-question product quiz with detailed feedback and answer scoring. The intuitive interface, responsive support and vendor webinars made development fast, the game has been taken by over 4,000 employees, and Metro continues to expand its e‑Learning library using iSpring’s evolving tools.
